Pricing is transparent line by line: goods, freight, duty, installation, training and warranty are shown separately. Requirements for financial statements, bank references or performance security are confirmed at clarification stage and addressed in the submission — directly, or through a consortium partner where that is the right structure.

Insurance appropriate to each contract is arranged and evidenced before contract award.
