Healthcare facilities and equipment, commissioned and ready to treat patients.
Hospitals, clinics and diagnostic services need more than equipment on a delivery note. Kelverstone plans, procures and commissions healthcare projects to the point at which clinical teams can use them safely.
Kelverstone's healthcare work is led by a practising UK-registered healthcare professional who runs a regulated clinical service in London. That matters at specification stage — where clinical workflow, infection control, radiation protection and servicing requirements are set — and at commissioning, where equipment has to be proven safe and fit for clinical use.
The same clinical leadership is responsible for training: equipment is handed over to staff who have been shown how to use, clean, maintain and escalate faults, with the documentation to train their successors.

Every healthcare engagement follows the same nine-stage lifecycle. Where the client needs only part of it — supply only, or project management only — the contract says so, and Kelverstone remains accountable for that part in full.
