Capability

Buildings and specialist facilities, delivered under one accountable contract.

Kelverstone delivers construction, refurbishment and fit-out where the building has to work for a specific purpose — clinical, educational, technical or commercial — and the client wants one party responsible for the outcome.

Specialist facilities fail when the building and the equipment are procured separately and nobody owns the interface: the X-ray room without shielding sign-off, the laboratory without the right power, the classroom block without data cabling. Kelverstone designs the works around the equipment and operating model from the start.

Local construction partners in The Gambia are engaged and supervised under Kelverstone's contract, with programme, cost and quality reporting to UK standards and a single handover to the client.

Accountable from requirement to operation.

Every infrastructure engagement follows the same nine-stage lifecycle. Where the client needs only part of it — supply only, or project management only — the contract says so, and Kelverstone remains accountable for that part in full.
